Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, you may enrol in the Master of Human Resource Management and will be eligible for credit for the 4 subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate. If you meet the additional work experience requirements for the MBA, you will be eligible for credit for 3 subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate.

A range of admission options are available for students of all ages and academic backgrounds.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor degree deemed equivalent to an American Bachelor degree, or
- a tertiary academic qualification of at least 3 years' fulltime, plus
- 3 years of full-time professional experience in a business context.
The Faculty will consider applicants with other tertiary qualifications, or those with at least 5 years of relevant full-time professional work experience.
CREDIT FOR PRIOR LEARNING
Upon completion of the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, those who enrol in the Master Human Resource Management will be eligible for credit for the 4 subjects completed within the Graduate Certificate. Students who have successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and meet the additional work experience requirements for the MBA will be eligible for credit for 3 subjects’ credit into the MBA.
