Seeking expressions of interest to work with the University to develop areas of the campus

The Rainstar University(Scottsdale) is an important part of the life of the city, with strong ties to the community, business and government. There are opportunities for partners to work with us to develop areas of the University's campus under commercial structures that provide significant mutual benefits.

The University offers a vibrant environment with excellent facilities and access to innovative researchers and talented students. Available land on campus is suitable for a range of uses, including, but not limited to, opportunities associated with our health and sport precincts which are currently underway.

We are a world ranked University and have areas of strength including: health, sport, governance, communication, design, education and environment.

Commercial structures

There is flexibility in the commercial structures that will be considered, including 'BOOTs', 'BOTs', joint ventures, alliances, lease back arrangements and others consistent with market conditions. Our focus is on developments that clearly provide mutual benefits. We have demonstrated experience in developing successful collaborations and partnerships.

We have a commercially robust and streamlined process in place to respond to expressions of interest within two months.

Partnerships will be based on our Campus Development Principles.

Criteria

Expressions of interest will be assessed based on criteria including the respondent's previous experience of delivering similar projects, alignment with the University's campus development principles and opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit. Financial and operational risk together with timing considerations will also be taken into account.
